Reformer Flow is a unique full body workout that focuses on strengthening and toning your body.

 

This class will flow through each body group so you leave each class feeling energised, empowered and stronger all over! All levels welcome.

BRO-LATES

Men's Only Reformer Pilates class every Wednesday night!

 

Improve lower back pain, enhance sport performance and build strength across all major muscle groups.

REFORMER HIIT

Reformer HIIT is a mix of Reformer Flow and HIIT Pilates.

 

For those who want to get a little sweaty and feel the burn, this class combines strength and cardio exercises to get the ultimate workout! All levels welcome.

RECOVERY & RESET

Feeling tight, sore, and in need of a refresh? This class is perfect for all fitness levels, from beginners to those seeking a more restorative practice. Learn gentle stretches to target major muscle groups and say goodbye to muscle tension, improve your range of motion and flexibility.

REFORMER PLUS+

Reformer Plus+ is an advanced reformer class.

 

This advanced class will challenge you further with balance, stability and incorporate advanced movements to take your pilates practice to the next level.
Minimum of 10 Reformer Flow classes need to be attended prior to booking into this class.

STRETCH + YIN YOGA

Unwind and de-stress: Melt away the tension of the week with a rejuvenating stretch & yin class. This class focuses on presence, deep breathing and postures designed to release muscle fascia and increase flexibility. Holding postures for longer durations allows connective tissue to slowly lengthen and improve your overall range of motion, resetting your body and nervous system for a new week.​
