It is my first time doing Pilates, which class pack would suit me best? If you have never done reformer Pilates before, then we are so excited to show you how good it is! We recommend purchasing our 14 day Intro Offer - 5 classes for $50. This is a discounted pack that can only be purchased once per customer. It is a great way to test out the classes and see if we are the right fit for you.

How do I book into my classes? The first step is to register with Sol Bod Movement via the Momence app. From here, you will need to purchase your membership or class pack. This can be done via our website or directly on the Momence app. Once you have credit on your account, jump onto the app or website to see our schedule and availability and book in your class. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class commencing.

What should I bring and wear to class? Bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Wear activewear that allows you to move. We don't mind if you want to go barefoot or wear grippy socks at Sol Bod. Mats, props and equipment will be provided for you.

Can I cancel my booking? You sure can. However, there is a 9-hour cancellation window. If you cancel within this window, you will forfeit a session in your class pack or incur a $5 fee if you are on a membership.

Can I do Pilates if I am pregnant? Absolutely! Pilates is a great way to stay active during pregnancy. We recommend you book into our Reformer Flow class. Our instructors can make the appropriate adjustments to your exercises based on the prenatal guidelines. Please advise your instructor how many weeks pregnant you are prior to class commencing.

Is there accessible car parking available? Our studio is located in the perfect location, which gives us studio front access to the Coles car park in Hastings. Plenty of free car parking spaces available!

Do you do rehabilitation Pilates? We offer private 1:1 reformer sessions for anyone who needs a more tailored program. Alternatively, our group class styles are low-impact, high intensity group fitness classes. If you have had an injury, we will require a medical certificate to advise that you are fit to exercise in this capacity. Please inform your instructor of any injuries prior to class commencing.
